Free 4×6 and A4 shipping-label templates
A 4×6 inch label is common for parcel shipping and thermal printers, while an A4 sheet is useful when printing several labels on an office printer. A blank layout is only the beginning: the address, service markings, and barcode must match the requirements of the carrier that will accept the parcel. Fleto provides local 4×6 calibration and A4 batch output, but it is not a carrier-label purchasing service.

Step by step
Select the printer format
Choose 4×6 for a compatible thermal printer or A4 for a standard sheet. Confirm the label stock dimensions before creating a batch.
Generate a calibration page
Print at 100% with scaling and “fit to page” disabled. Measure the reference marks with a ruler before using adhesive stock.
Enter only necessary shipment data
Keep sender, recipient, and reference fields concise. Use the real carrier-provided tracking number when a tracking barcode is required.
Create the correct barcode
Code 128 is common for alphanumeric shipping identifiers, but the carrier specification is authoritative. Never invent a live tracking identifier.
Test before the full batch
Scan one sample and confirm text is legible. Carrier acceptance depends on its own format and postage rules, not merely on the page size.

Privacy and limits
